Warranty Information

Disclaimer: We, Ultra Racing Philippines, reserve the right to change our warranty policies without prior notice.

Warranty applies to the following conditions:

• If the product has issues during fitment for the correct vehicle
• If the product has damage during use, or during installation, or during shipment (whether it was on our importation side to the country or during local transit with our chosen reputable shipper).
• If the product is the wrong item even if the vehicle is correct, can still replace for the correct product for customer's vehicle.

Warranty does not apply to the following conditions:

• If the customer were the one to modify the bar (eg. recoloring to other colors)
• If the customer was the one who chooses the bar WITHOUT consulting the agent in charge or us directly about compatibility to their vehicle (eg. assumes it would fit the vehicle. Unless if it was the agent who recommended the item, it will be on our side's fault, and will replace the item ASAP). Please note that we know the product and vehicle best than the customer even if they thought they are correct. As long as the detailed information and photos are provided based on the vehicle the customer has, we will be the ones to judge if it is possible to fit it in or needs to produce a product by the engineers.
• If the bar has cosmetic damages (eg. surface rust)
• If the bar is missing a serial number plate (these plates are special and cannot be replaced).

Notes:

• All of our dealers and resellers follows the same warranty policies as relayed here on this document.

• If the product happens to be discontinued and is on the timeframe of the warranty, we will eventually replace it with an alternative product based on our list. We do not offer refund as sales are final on the check-out.
