Yes they are.

The terms for pre-order is that you will need to send a 50% downpayment to us via Bank Transfer since that is our current mode of payment. You can also eventually make a payment at the shop too if you're using cash basis order only

For products that are on pre-order basis, pre-orders take from four (4) to six (6) weeks of delivery to our shop from our factory that's located in Malaysia.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds once sales are final except for the following

• If the bar has some faults. (factory production issues, damaged during transit from Malaysia to the Philippines) We will only offer an exchange to the correct bar instead. Not a full refund.
• If the bar shipped to you is the wrong bar for your car. (eg. Your car is a Mazda MX5 ND but the bar delivered is for a Mazda MX5 NA). We will only offer an exchange to the correct bar instead. Not a full refund.

Note: Downpayments can only be refunded within the 8 hour period of the business operating hours. If you request a refund after business operating hours, the sale is considered final.

We don't offer discounts at the moment. But if we do, keep watch.

No. It's not included in the price. Check here for the prices of installation per bar.

• Front Strut Bar installation is free if there's nothing to remove from the car (eg. wiper assembly, drain tray, etc). Otherwise, price is 500 to 800 pesos.
• Sway Bar installation ranges from 800 to 1600 pesos.
• Lower Bar installations range from 500 to 1500 pesos per bar (if the lower bar comes in pairs, the labor starts at 1000 to 1500 except if the length of the bar is below 5 inches per pair, it will be 500.)
• Fender Bar installation is 1000 to 2500 pesos (and it takes long to uninstall the fenders but we suggest having a body shop that you go to to have it installed.
• Interior Bar installation (Rear Strut Bar, Cross Bar, Room Bar, Belt Harness Bar, Half Cage, etc) is from 500 to 5000 pesos.

The mechanic and staff member at the shop will gauge the prices based on the intensity of the work done to install the products.

Note: These installation fees only apply to our Ultra Racing Philippines and Stingray Performance Car Parts and Accessories shops. Other dealer's shops have their own prices and we do not have any control over the prices they impose/make. And we have the right to change labor prices without prior notice.

We ship Nationwide.

For residents living in the NCR area, we use Lalamove and Grab for shipping. Customer is free to pick-up items using these courier service as long as the items they have ordered is ready. The prices are determined by the courier service.

For residents living outside the NCR area, with exemptions to certain areas of Bulacan, Caloocan, Cavite, and Las Pinas areas, we use LBC Express. Customer pays for shipping upon receiving the item. The price per bar regardless of location usually ranges from 300 to 500 pesos. If you have purchased a Stage 01 set (front strut bar + rear sway bar), the weight can vary with the price from 500 to 1000 pesos regardless of the customer's location. We do send the waybill (receipt from LBC) to show the customer the tracking number and the fees to pay to ship to their location.

We do not use J&T Express since we have a bad experience with shipping Stage 01 sets and Full sets. But we can also ship through JRS Express but we will determine the range from 600 to 2000 pesos regardless if it is per bar or by set, and they do not take Cash On Delivery as MOP to pay for shipping (the products you ordered with us are paid first before we ship).

We only do Cash On Delivery for shipping fees. Not the products.

Yes. We will assist you in the installation of the product you have purchased with us virtually.
